Of course the right circumstances have to be created to enable technology to function. This has consequences for leadership, security and privacy.

- The transformation does not keep up with technological developments. Leaders are often preconditioned to display behavior based on the way things have always been done. At the same time there is a risk of innovation without a proper base. Protection of (access to) information turns out to be a difficult problem. Privacy is a very sensitive issue, which leads to a trade-off between a sense of freedom and the need to control undesired effects for society.
